  2. Summary Jack was a normal Sixteen year old high school boy, but that was about to change. It all starts when his aunt invites him and his two best friends, Fitch and Will, on a road trip to "Dig up some family history." While he is on that trip, he begins to notice some strange things. Then, as he is digging up his great grandmother's grave, he finds a sword. Little known to Jack, he is the heir to this sword, and the sword is one of the most powerful swords in the universe. When he returns home, he discovers that he is a warrior, and almost everyone in his small town in ohio, is a member of one of the seven guilds, seven types of magical beings. He also discovers that warriors are the rarest of all of the seven guilds, and he has a big price on his head. He has been protected by his aunt linda, an enchanter, for all of his life, until now. Because when word gets out of where he is, everyone, is coming for him, and the only person who can defend him, is Jack.
