Amidas • As amidas caracterizam-se pela presença do grupo funcional a seguir: O - C N – • O grupo funcional da amida está presente em uma série de substâncias, sendo as mais importantes as proteínas, formadas pela união de aminoácidos por meio da ligação peptídica, ou amídica, representada a seguir: O C N H Amidas

  3. Amidas • Nomenclatura oficial O Do tipo R – C é feita da seguinte maneira: NH2 • Exemplo: O H3C – CH2 – CH2 – C  butanamida NH2 nome do hidrocarboneto correspondente + AMIDA Amidas

  4. Nas amidas que apresentam hidrocarbonetos correspondentes insaturados e/ou ramificados, a numeração de cadeia principal é feita a partir do carbono do grupo amida: O C NH2 Exemplo: O H3C – C = C – CH2 – CH2 – C CH3 CH2 NH2 CH3 4 – etil – 5 metil – 4 - hexenamida Amidas 1 Amidas
