Logistics • Visitors badges must be worn at all times while on site. • Room: A24 for both days • Contact: Dave Heather • dheather@rssd.esa.int • +34 91 813 1183 • +34 67 404 7322 (mobile) • Taxis to/from Hotel NH Alberto Aguilera, Madrid every day: Mornings:depart from hotel @ 08:30 Tuesday afternoon: depart from ESAC @ 17:15 Wednesday afternoon: depart from ESAC @ 17:00 • You should pay for the taxi(s) yourself, and will be reimbursed by ESA.

  4. Logistics • Make sure you have signed you reimbursement and invitation forms! We need them today (no receipts). • Lunch ~ 12h30 • Coffee breaks each morning / afternoon. • Coffee and water machines also in room, so these can be used as you want. • Social dinner tonight? 20:30 in Madrid. • Peruvian, Mexican, ‘Spanish’… ? • Group picture(s) tomorrow morning?
