Science & Society Final Year Research Projects "An incredibly invaluable experience which enabled me to develop the skills that I am currently using in my teacher training" “Thank you for organising the science visits again. As always, a great success and the children really enjoyed them; exciting practical activities, high quality resources, impeccable planning and incredible levels of enthusiasm”.

  5. Student volunteers Surprised how much people’s understanding of the brain varied and how much the amount of information that people could take in varied. What I have learned is how to tailor the information to each individual. Helps to reinforce your own knowledge when you have to explain something ……interesting to communicate to a non-scientific audience………definitely got easier as the day went on as it gets easier to gauge how interested people are.

  6. Student-led PE volunteer scheme “Really good to work with children and attempt to make neuroscience cool - I think we succeeded! I gained so much from the day. I came away feeling enthused, passionate and appreciated how much I enjoyed my degree” “Love to have your students to work in the ‘All About Me’ gallery. We are very excited about this partnership and believe it will be a great boost for the gallery and your students”
