  4. Opposing View Points For USA Patriot Act Against USA Patriot Act • Already helped prevent attacks. • Drug smuggling & racketeering reduced. • No overt abuse yet, and checks and balances keep us safe. • Violation of Constitutional rights. • Potential for abuse. • Targeting moderate Muslims.
