QMS Improvement • Major activities for ISO re-certification: • Quality manual – electronic version to be launched • Policy requirements – • records management (document control, document management, disposal, etc.) • committees (review mechanisms, protocols, hierarchy diagram) • strategic positioning policy and planning, quality management procedures • Internal communications strategy • Quarterly Management Reviews • “Preventive Action” – risk management • Planning Framework – aligned plans and indicators

Quality Management Website • Consolidating quality “frameworks” (e.g. ABEF, ADRI, ISO) • Integrating existing tools and resources • Linking key processes • Communication of support mechanisms and information • Checklists, forms, templates • Minutes • Roles, responsibilities • Performance data • Embedding commitment to improving outcomes through planning, monitoring and review processes
