Le scuole restano chiuse per le vacanze di Pasqua dal Giovedì Santo fino al martedì dopo Pasquetta: quest’anno fino dal 28 marzo al 2 aprile

On EasterMonday… • Thereis the traditionto have a special breakfast with all the members of the family duringwhichyou can eat hard-boiled eggs, salame and «torta pasqualina» ( a typicalbread) • At lunch roastlambis the «king of the table» Il giorno di Pasqua… C’è la tradizione di fare una colazione speciale con tutti i membri della famiglia durante la quale si mangiano uova sode, salame e la torta pasqualina (un tipico pane) A pranzo, l’agnello arrosto è il re della tavola

  4. Let’s talk aboutsweets… • Thereis «La colomba», a cake shaped of a dove, covered with almonds and icing sugar • Thereis «La Pastiera», a cake particularly common in Southern Italy. This cake isstuffed with ricotta cheese, bakedcorn and candies. La pastiera La colomba

  5. Parliamo di dolci… • C’è la colomba, un dolce a dorma di colomba coperto di mandorle e zucchero glassato. • C’è la pastiera, un dolce molto diffuso nel sud Italia. • È ripieno di ricotta, grano cotto e canditi.

  6. The children.. • Childrenhope to receivemanychocolateEastereggs. Theycannotwait to open them to find a small present. • I bambini sperano di ricevere molte uova di cioccolata. Non vedono l’ora di aprirle per trovare una piccola sorpresa.

  7. On EasterMonday • Thereis the tradition to make a trip out of town. You can even go to a lawn to have a picnic or, ifitisrainyit’sbetter to go to a restaurant. • La Pasquetta • C’è la tradizione di fare una piccola gita fuori città. • Si può anche andare a fare un picnic in un prato o, se piove è meglio andare in un ristorante.
