  2. Company Overview CSL is a pure play mobile operator, and has been operating in HK since 1983. CSLNWM majority owned by the Australian incumbent Telstra with 76.4% stake, whilst New World Holdings Ltd owns the remaining 23.6% . Launched in 1983, 1O1O is the premium brand of CSL renown for its highly reliable mobile network and premium quality customer service . One2Free was first launched in 1996 by CSL as a lifestyle brand focusing on various consumer segments as well as SME customers . New World Mobility became one of the mobile brands of CSL in April 2006 as a result of merger. New World Mobility offers 2G mobile service targeting general mass segment via a Joint Venture company

CSL’s Participation in Social Enterprise / Digital Inclusion Projects • Mobile Link Project with Senior Citizens Home Safety Association (SCHSA) for the elderly (2008) • EasyHome Project with SCHSA for unemployed housewives (2009) • Safety Phone Project with SCHSA (2009) • 3G Barrier-Free Hotline Project with The Lutheran Church HK Synod for the hearing impaired (2009) • NICE Computer Bank Program (pilot phase) with YMCA for low income families in Sham Shui Po and Tung Chung districts (2009) • Sponsorship of “Concert In The Dark” organized by Dialogue-In-The-Dark (DiD) HK (2010) • ‘Go-online’ Program - special mobile broadband offer for students from low-income families (2010) • NICE Computer Bank Program Phase 2 – extend to 200 families in 4 districts (2010)

Digital Inclusion & e-Learning: “NICE” Computer Bank Program CSL is a sponsor of YMCA in launching Network Inclusion for Children Empowerment (NICE) to low income families in Sham Shui Po and Tung Chung districts. Children from underprivileged families are being given a netbook with mobile broadband access, IT knowledge trainings as well as mentorship for their school and daily life
