  1. Ancient Mesopotamia By Sophie Weir

  2. Intro Everyone should differently go to the Ancient Mesopotamia exhibition because there are lots of ancient artefacts not usually available in Australia. Mesopotamia was the first known civilization in the world. The items are still in good condition even though they are over 6000 old. There is lots of information that you wouldn’t normally be able to see anywhere else in Australia. This exhibition is only on for a short amount of time and if you miss out you will have to go all the way to Brittan to see it because all the stuff there came all the way from the exhibition in Brittan.

  3. Argument 1 Firstly, you should defiantly go to the Ancient Mesopotamia Exhibition because it has lots of ancient artefacts. It has lots of cool sculpture. The exhibition has over 170 artefacts. For example there is a gold drinking cup, a stone model column Base, cuneiform tablet, statue of king Ashurnasirpal 2, mushhushu dragon plaque and much more. So if you go it will be a great experience and you will learn lot about Mesopotamia. There is lots of interactive things and videos.

  4. Argument 2 Secondly, you should definitely go to the Ancient Mesopotamia Exhibition because it is only on for a short amount of time and if you miss out you will have to go all the way to the British Museum to see it. All of the thing at the Melbourne museum came all the way from the exhibition in Brittan. also if you go there the exhibition is very spacious and not crowded. For example Mrs Clapp said to me that at the Tutankhamen exhibition there was lots of cabinets which made it very crowded and it didn’t make as good.

  5. Argument 3 Thirdly, you should defiantly go to the Ancient Mesopotamia Exhibition because Mesopotamia was the known as the cradle of civilization because it was the first known civilization in the world. The items there are still in good condition even though they are over 6000 old. Some of the items there have some cracks in them but everything there tells a story, for examplethere was a cuneiform tablet that show us a war the happened and they collected all there heads.

  6. Conclusion In the conclusion you should defiantly go to the Ancient Mesopotamia Exhibition because it is a great experience. If you go there is lots of ancient things there and some of them are over 6000 years old. The exhibition has some all the way from the British Museum and its only in the Melbourne Museum for a short amount of time. There is also lots of ancient artefacts.
