  7. Requirements for ENT Spr Scheme: • Medical Council Full Registration. • Possession of MRCS / AFRCS. • 6-12 months experience in ENT as an SHO. • Research / Presentations: - Presentation - Grand rounds. - National Meeting. - Publications - 1 / 2 ENT publications. • ? Research Year.

  8. Interview for Spr : • 6 monthly interviews in RCSI. • 10 – 15 applicants per 6 month period. • 6 / 7 candidates shortlisted. • 1 to 3 places per 6 months.
