Call Park • Use Cases • Often used in retail, hospitality, warehousing, hospitals • Features • Allows you to park an active call • Call Park orbit provide the user with a park number • With the park number, you can retrieve the call from any other phone • User that parks the call will be notified that the call was picked up • If the call is not picked up, the call is returned to the phone that initiated the park *note: this feature interoperates with CX and other 3PIP devices
