  3. CAT : • Biopsie : granulome à corps étranger (épine végétale) • Recul : 4 mois • Évolution : favorable

  4. Observation : • Patient âgé de 52 ans • ATCD : RAS • Douleur de la cuisse gauche depuis 2 semaines • A l’examen : • Apyrétique • Douleur à la palpation du 1/3 supérieur de la face externe de la cuisse • Mobilité de la hanche est conservée

  6. Biologie : • Discret syndrome inflammatoire : • CRP : 10 • VS : 50 • GB : 10000

  9. CAT : • Biopsie : Ostéomyélite à Staph • Traitement : • Curetage et drainage • ATB (6 semaines) • Évolution favorable (recul: 1 an et ½ )

  10. Observation • Patient : 47 ans • ATCDS : RAS • Douleur de la hanche droite • Inflammatoire • Évolution : 1 mois • Examen : • Douleur à la palpation du grand trochanter • Hanche de mobilité normale
