  1. 5. 비상시 절차 1. 토큰 Lock 상황 • 비밀번호 5회이상 잘못 입력했을때 USB Key는 자동 잠김(Lock상태) • Renault.net 관리자로 즉시 연락하여 Unlock절차에 따름 연락처 : 02-3707-5731 * Unlock 절차 관리자에게 Unlock코드를 받은다음 다음 페이지의 Unlock절차대로 Unlock하면 됨. 2. 자기 고유 비밀번호를 잊어버렸을때 아무 비밀번호를 5회이상 잘못 입력한 후, 위의 1번 Unlock절차대로 따르면 됨.

  2. Appendix. Unlock절차 1) 먼저, 르노넷관리자(02-3707-5731)에게 Unlock코드요청하여 부여 받음 2) 시작 -> 모든프로그램 -> OpenTrust > OpenTrust SCM실행 후 아래화면에 Unlock코드 입력하여 토큰 Lock해제시킴 2) 부여받은 Unlock코드 입력 1) ‘Card Unlock’클릭 3) ‘Continue’클릭

  3. Appendix. Unlock절차 3) 비밀번호 재 등록 (Unlock되기전 비밀번호로 재등록해도 됨) 2) 위의 자기 고유 비밀번호 한번 더 입력한다.. 1) 자기 고유 비밀번호 입력 *주의: 비밀번호 생성 룰 (6자리로 만들어야 하며, 숫자, 알파벳(대문자),알파벳(소문자), 특수문자중 최소 3가지로 반드시 조합하여 만들 어야 함.) *예) RNet01, Rsm001 A*Rnet etc…. 3) ‘Continue’클릭 토큰Unlock 성공 !!!

  4. Appendix. Unlock절차 1) 녹색 ‘Success’메시지 나오면 Unlock성공 2) 토큰 반드시 뺏다가 다시 꼽고 사용하면 됨.
