  3. Georgiana progress • Barcoding and item records complete • Transfers to Harg Ref and Rare in process • Binding and other preservation in process • Duplicate barcoding this summer

  4. Manuscripts scope • 16K containers in 3K distinct collections • Catalog all collections (GIL and AT) • Folder/container inventory in AT • Barcode and link to AT inventory • Public finding aids database for discovery • Process high-priority collections; preliminary inventory for remainder

  5. Manuscripts progress • 90% of collections at Main have GIL and/or AT record • 80% of these have folder/container inventory/barcode in AT; have shifted to preliminary box lists for the remainder • Lots of problem fixing going on • Public finding aids database for discovery: In place • Processing: Jack Leigh; Eugene Odum; Anthony Herbert; Hunt architectural

  6. University Archives scope • 15K containers • Generate box list in MS Access database • Barcode boxes and link to database entries • Verify container contents • Re-box and re-label as needed • Process large and recently received collections: Mills, DeVorsey, Rhoades, etc.

  7. University Archives progress • Box inventory mostly complete for processed collections • Need to merge databases • Re-box and re-label as needed • Process large and recently received collections: Mills, DeVorsey, Rhoades, etc. – in process

  8. Rare Books scope • Approx. 100K items, with significant cataloging backlogs • Catalog it!! • Maps database • Broadsides database

  9. Rare Books progress • UnCat materials should be finished by move • Private press backlog complete • De Renne Ga. Library on track for completion • Confederate Imprints mostly done • Sidney Samuel Thomas complete • Jane Richardson complete • New maps database available online with increasing number of images available • Broadsides database nearly complete with images

  10. Exhibits • Design development • Content development • Fabrication • Installation
