Eligibility • A current full time undergraduate student in Year 1 or 2 on a 3-year programme / Year 2 or 3 on a 4-year programme • No previous exchange experience through student exchange programme of OMIP • Not to be considered for other student exchange programmes in the future • Cumulative GPA as of Term 1, 2012-13: at least 2.5 • Good English

  7. 2013 Ewha International Summer College: Courses • Students will take one A.M.and one P.M. courses (a total of 6 credits) from the following categories (available at http://summer.ewha.ac.kr/) – • Category 1: Academic courses (taught in English) • Category 2: Korean Language Course • Category 3: 200 regular courses (taught in Korean)

SWU Bahrom International Program: Excursions & Field Trips • Demilitarized Zone • Gyeongbokgung Palace • 3-day trip to Gyeongju • Icheon Pottery Village • Korean Folk Village • National Museum of Korea • Han River Cruise • Activity: Korean martial arts, Taekwondo, and Korean traditional musical instruments.

Credit Transfer • Transfer credits with prior approval from relevant dept. / programme / programme director • Credits taken will be counted in the maximum study load for academic year of 2012-13 or in 2013-14 as appropriate • Grades obtained will be shown on transcript but not be counted in GPA calculation

Application Procedures • Submit application form (available at http://www.ln.edu.hk/omip/outgoing_stu/summer_programmes.php) along with the following supporting documents by 5:30 p.m., 14 February 2013 (Thursday): • A recent photo (3 cm x 4 cm) • Copy of passport bio-page • TOEFL or IELTS test results (if any) • Attend selection interview in late February 2013 • Application results will be announced by early March 2013

  23. Important Notes • Once you have a successful offer on one of the Korea Summer Programme, you will not be considered for other student exchange programmes in the future (e.g. semester-long student exchange programmes), unless otherwise specified by particular special programmes
