Motion 2001-Month-Day-Number Time: HH:MM The term ‘multi-choke fairness control message (MC-FCM) shall be changed to ‘rate reporting message (RRM)’ to more accurately reflect that it does not participate in the fairness algorithm. The term ‘single-choke fairness control message (SC-FCM) shall be changed to ‘fairness control message (FCM)’ to reflect that this is the only type of control message participating in the fairness algorithm. Motion 2001-Month-Day-Number Time: HH:MM Material related to the generation and processing of the MC-FCM (or RRM if it is so renamed), shall be placed in a distinct clause of the standard titled, ‘Reporting rates and congestion to clients’ (or ‘rate reporting’).
