  3. Harapan di tahun 2011 • Berpikir secara sistem, tidak terkotak-kotak, kita semua adalah TEAM- WORK. • Sebagai organisasi pembelajar. Selalu ingin berubah. We must CHANGE, tidak berfalsafah seperti KODOK REBUS. Sehingga dapat mengantisipasi perubahan dan globalisasi serta keinginan pelanggan. • Pengelolaan organisasi secara optimal dengan selalu melakukan kegiatan berdasarkan Rencana Kerja Tahunan (RKT) dan Rencana Anggaran belanja (RAB), yang sesuai dengan kaidah2 manajemen yang baik. • Melakukan pengembangan staf, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas.

  4. BEKERJA DALAM IKLIM KONDUSIF, SECARA ASAH ASIH DAN ASUH. Sekian dan matur nuwun.
