  1. Jersey Flyers Stroke Clinic Join our Pre-Swim season Stroke Clinic! This exciting program will be offered 3x’s a week, at Secaucus Community Pool , Secaucus NJ Long Course season is over and it’s time to prepare for the upcoming short course season. Our GOAL is to prepare all swimmers for the upcoming short course season as a Jersey Flyer. You will receive intense instruction from Head Coach Ruben Sembrano on all four strokes. The Pre-Swim Team Stroke Clinic will be held on August 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 16,17, 18 ,23, 24 from 5:00 – 6:15 pm Cost for 10 hours of swim instruction with the highly motivated, experienced and dedicated JFAC coaching staff is $300 For more information jerseyflyers2010@yahoo.com Or call Judy at 917-921-3323
