  2. The Center for Commuter and Off-Campus Services opened as a branch of Residence Life in March, 1994 to provide students who live off campus with assistance for their special and varied needs. There staff works closely with the University's leased apartments off campus: • Kenwood Gardens • The Village of Hampshire Heights • University Circle • University Park The importance of the Center for Commuter and Off-Campus Services is for off-campus students who need housing, they will help you find an apartment with you specific needs i.e. being on the UT bus line or cost. Most of the info came directly from the centers website found on UT’s website. Special thanks to Justin Musick for art.
