  4. Information about • Purposes • Methods • Risk • Possible variants of medical intervention • Consequences (of intervention) • Probable results

  5. Person aged 15 years gives informed free-will consent (drug addicted person gives informed free-will consent aged 16 years)

  6. One parent or legal representative give informed free-will consent for diagnostics of toxic intoxication and relief narcological action

  7. Informed free-will consent is not demanded: • For elimination instant danger to life • Person suffering from mental disorder • Person who commited a crime • For forensic medical examination and forensic- psychiatric examination

  8. 5. Person who is suffering from dangerous diseases to others: • Human Immunodeficiency virus, HIV • Viral fevers • Helminthiasis • HepatitisВ • HepatitisС • Diphteria • Sexually transmitted infections • Lepra • Malaria • Pediculosis • Glanders • Anthrax • Tuberculosis • Cholera • Plague

  9. Refusal of medical intervention Person or his/her legal representative have the right to refuse medical intervention with the exception of discussed earlier cases

  10. In case of refusal of medical intervention person has to be informed about the probable consequenses
