  3. Purpose • to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of using existing hospital projects and committees to satisfy the SBP competency

  4. Methods • PGY 2-5 general surgery residents chose a SBP experience • Multidisciplinary committee • Existing quality project • Own SBP project • Assessment included attendance and journaling; feedback from committee chairs • Curriculum evaluation based on survey
