National Plan to Reduce Alcohol Related Problems • To reduce the: • Prevalence of drunkenness from 20,7% to 18 % (2007-2011), on the population; • Prevalence of drunkenness from 34,6% to 30 % (2007-2011), on the young people between 15-24; • Mortality rate from 18.8%000 to 14%000.
