  2. AMAO 1 (Progress) Did students make progress? • If the student’s Composite score was 1 point higher than prior year. (Requires two years of data) • If the student made Attainment then they made Progress. ( 5.0 Composite and 4.0 or higher in Literacy Grades 1-12, on a Tier B or C) Did the district, consortium or state make progress? • If the percentage of student making progress was greater than the goal. • Percentage of Progress is the number of students making progress divided by total count.

  5. AMAO 2 (Attainment) Did students make attainment? • If the student had a Composite score of at least 5 and a Literacy score of at least 4 ( only Grades 1-12 on a Tier B or C). Did the district, consortium, or state make progress? • If the percentage of student making attainment was greater than the goal. • Percentage of Attainment is the number of students making attainment divided by total count.
