    9. Measure your wrist girth around the part of your wrist where your watch would normally be. Using chart A on the next slide, work out your frame size. Now use chart B or C to work out what your desirable weight should be. Now work out your weight according to chart D

    15. Task 1: Think of a game that you play. Either outside school or in PE lessons.
