  2. Scientific-research institute mission SRI PDT mission– scientificand technical support of the exploration, drilling, and production of NC KMG oilfields • Strategic directions: • Grow NC KMG reserves; • Improve oilfield exploitation efficiency and cost optimisation.

  3. kmg reserves • Objectives: • Increase exploration activities; • Exploration in the existing KMG fields; • Develop difficult to recover reserves; • Increase oil recovery factor. • Mechanisms: • Regional geological and geophysical surveys, basin & geological modeling, definition of prospective territories, and estimation of resource potential; • Revaluation of hydrocarbon reserves in KMG fields; • Upgrade current oil depletion profiles by employing industry leading technologies for: 1) difficult to recover resources; 2) High viscosity resources; 3) High WC mature fields.
