  3. What does health include? • Nutrition • Fitness • Sexual Health • Substance Use • Sleep • Mental Health • Relationships • Stress • Spirituality • HAPPINESS! • Other ideas?

  4. Why is Health & Wellness important? • If you are healthy, you feel good (DUH!) • Academic success • Productivity • Personal growth • Less stress
