  1. Step by Step instruction to complete the Online Enrollment process. Click your mouse to advance to next page Right click your mouse to go to previous slide

  2. Step 1:Click the ONLINE ENROLLMENT button

  3. Step 2:Rep initiates the Online Enrollment process by filling out this form and clicking on the Submit button. Please use your and your client’s legal name. Your client must have a valid email address. Rep’s information Your client’s information

  4. Once you have finished the previous form and click on the Submit button, this is what you will see.

  5. Step 3:Go to your email inbox and open the email sent by eSignLive with the email address of signers@esignlive.com. The Subject Line will read: True Freedom has added you as a Signer to the document. Click on the Go To Documents button

  6. Step 4:First you will see our brochure. Scroll down to page 5 which is the application page. You as the Representative will fill out the majority of the enrollment form including the billing information.

  7. Step 5:Click to sign your name as the representative.

  8. Step 6:Read the Representative Survey report and select your answer and click to sign your name.

  9. Step 7: A confirmation window will pop up. Click the OK button and another window will pop up. See the picture next to this. Step 8: Click the Close button.

  10. At this point your part as the representative is done. Instruct or assist your client to retrieve his/hers partially completed Enrollment Contract via the email address you have provided. The next slide will show you a picture what your client will be looking for in his/her email inbox.

  11. Step 9:Have your client go to his or her email and open the email sent from eSignLive with email address of signers@esignlive.comthe Subject Line will read: True Freedom has added you as a Signer to the document. Click on the Go To Documents button

  12. Inform your client that the Signing Date & Date of Sale will be automatically filled in after he/she clicks to sign the contract. So skip over this field.

  13. Step 10Have your client read and answer the 6 Customer Survey Report section and click to sign the contract.

  14. Step 11Have your client read the Terms and Conditions.

  15. Step 12Have your client click to sign the Terms and Conditions Page.

  16. Step 13:After your client has completed the enrollment form, a window will appear. Click on the OK button.

  17. Step 14:When this window pops up have your client click the Close button.

  18. Step 15:Both you and your client will receive an email from eSignLive with a link to retrieve the completed enrollment contract. This is the “Field issued contract”. Click the Go to Documents button to download the file for your record.

  19. The online Enrollment is now completed! True Freedom will receive the fully executed contract automatically and will process the enrollment in the order it was received.
