High Level Status • BCA data collection complete - non-interstate routes • Planned: Sept 2013 Actual: June 2013 • QA/QC of data and uploads is ongoing • Interstate data collection taking longer than anticipated - Culvert Steering Committee decision: ACA Data Collection on all interstates (July 2013) - Interstate progress increased from 4 miles per week to 6 • Planned: 8 miles/week Actual: 6 miles/week • ACA Application - ACA beta testing completed 7/22 - ACA pre-production testing completed 8/21 - ACA pre-final testing to be completed on 8/30 - Final ACA application delivery scheduled 9/6

High Level Status, continued • FieldCollection Efforts Remaining as of 8/12/2013 • Interstate • 96 crew weeks of work remaining • 1 interstate crew is 4 people. • 24 weeks to complete Interstate ACA (4 crews) • Non-Interstate • 67 crew weeks of work remaining • 1 non-interstate crew is 2 people. • 9 weeks to complete Non-Interstate ACA (8 crews) • Total remaining field collection for 2013/2014 = 33 weeks. • 2013: 12 collection weeks • 2014: 21 collection weeks

  8. Budget • 2011-2013 • Budget Request: $827K • Budget Granted: $800K not including Allocated Costs • Actual Spent to Date: $654K as of June 30, 2013(includes Allocated Costs) • 2013-2015 • STP funds requested: $1.2m • Allocated cost: $527K Total Project Budget is $2.5m

  9. Accomplishments • Completed non-interstate BCA field data collection 3 months early • Completed beta and pre-production ACA application testing • Enhancement of special field equipment (“Grate Stick”)
