WHAT I EAT DAILY. BY:GHADEER ODEH. OBJECTIVE. You will be learning about what I eat. And if I am balanced with with what I eat. What I eat in a day. I eat junk food such as hot chips, lollipops or ice cream daily. I eat meat & chicken most of the time. I drink 2 cups of water everyday.

  2. OBJECTIVE • You will be learning about what I eat. • And if I am balanced with with what I eat.

What I eat in a day • I eat junk food such as hot chips, lollipops or ice cream daily. • I eat meat & chicken most of the time. • I drink 2 cups of water everyday. • I eat 1 plate of rice everyday. • I eat at least 2 fruits a day. • I eat breakfast on weekends only like pancakes or waffles witch ever with orange juice. • I don’t eat vegetables. • I don’t drink milk or chocolate milk at all.

  4. AM I BALANCED • Do I eat the same? • Do I eat fruits and candy the same? • Am I balanced?

  5. WHAT I SHOULD CHANGE • I should change my eating hobbits like less candy and chips. • And I should eat more fruits then I usually do. • And maybe I should eat vegetables and drink at least chocolate milk.
