  2. How to print on both sides of the paper Click on the Office Button, then click on Print, then Print again

  3. Choose the duplex printer queue you want to use - usually it’s the name of the lab you are in & Duplex, eg. CryptDuplex, DockDuplex, LoftNorthDuplex, Otakaro216Duplex, Vault1Duplex, etc.

  4. Check the Properties settings • Click on Properties, then Finishing • Choose 'Long Edge‘, then click OK. Long Edge means pages in Portrait orientation will print like a book. Short Edge prints portrait-oriented pages so they read by flipping them up, like a notepad. • Click OK again to print
