  3. 1. Onderhandelingen met Eurostation Principe-overeenkomst met VO • Klaar maart 2011 • Oppervlaktes : zie plannen (verder) • 2* gebouw • 2,3 mio € huur tot en met 2014 • 3 mio € huur vanaf 2015 Stuurgroep VAC Brugge 09 mar 2010

  4. 1. Onderhandelingen met Eurostation Huidige stand van zaken • Klaar eind 2011 • Opties :- Bijkomende Opp. : zie plannen (verder)- 3* (warmtepompen, verlichting, zonnepanelen, …)- IWH (inrichtingswerken huurder)- Onderhoudscontracten (technisch) Stuurgroep VAC Brugge 09 mar 2010

  5. 2. Beslissing stuurgroep (politiek niveau) • Indien het gebouw pas “klaar” is tegen eind 2011, schuiven ALLE data op, ook de goedkopere huurperiodes. • ALLE OPTIES mogen/moeten verder uitgewerkt worden. Stuurgroep VAC Brugge 09 mar 2010
