April Meeting The Value Technical Performance Measurement Brings To Your Program Speaker: Ann Lynn Systems Engineering & Integration Date & Location: 19 April 2012, Boeing Building 305 Conf Rm 190C Brown Bag Lunch / Presentation: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Abstract: Technical Performance Parameters are an important tool to track and manage technical performance on a program. Most may be familiar with the basic stoplight chart status, but the underlying implementation can be complex. This presentation will discuss various aspects of Technical Performance Management, including choice of TPM parameters, allocation of margin, profiling the RYGB thresholds over time, interpreting status, and how to bring the most value to your program. Biography: Ann Lynn has over 25 years experience working system development at the Boeing company, with a focus on integration. She is currently in the Advanced MUAS organization, and is also the technical lead for the System Integrator initiative at the St Louis Site. She holds an MBA from Washington University, an MSEE from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a BSEE from the University of Notre Dame.
