Liberia Exploration ProgramsGolden Ventures Inc Putu CVI ProjectMining Village #1 – CVI Headquarters Mine Sites The main CVI Strike Zone where Liberty geologists have concentrated work starts at CVI Headquarters and extends NE for approximately 6km Continuous Mining Sites also extend to the west upstream from Headquarters Village for over 1.5 km and indicate a strong potential for at least another 1.5 km of mineralized strike zone in the CVI

  25. Putu CVI ProjectMining Village #2 - Beleyala Mine Sites Liberia Exploration ProgramsGolden Ventures Inc Beleyala aka Beer Bottle due to local claims of a miner recovering enough gold to fill a beer bottle from a single pit Geochemical and geophysical work completed to date by Liberty geologists indicate the area may sit over a major sheared and cross faulted geological structure

  26. Liberia Exploration ProgramsGolden Ventures Inc Putu CVI ProjectMining Village #4 – New Creek Mine Site Extensive workings at New Creek Mine Site ~600 m x 300 m dug all by hand one shovelful at a time Like most of the local gold working areas licensed to Liberty no heavy equipment has ever been here

  27. Liberia Exploration ProgramsGolden Ventures Inc Putu CVI ProjectMining Village #5 – Solo Camp Mine Site Three happy trekkers at end of the famous CVI Gold region in June 2006 - a 60 km jungle trek in and out at the time. Solo Camp Mine Site is the last of five major mining areas in the CVI where locals recover depositional gold from weathered laterite and saprolite. Liberty geologists are applying systematic scientific geological processes to discover the source in this gold rich area

Contract price of $214,000 – the CVI property is now accessible but proper road construction still needs to be completed after rain season (Dec)

  33. TOP PRIORITY – DRILL THE CVI THE CVI PROJECT MUST BE DRILLED to establish a Resource Calculation on this highly prospective Liberty license. Liberty management intends to make the CVI Project a top priority at the end of rainy season (December 2008) with the intention of rapidly undertaking an extensive drill program over the CVI Prospect. Based on geochemical and geophysical results received to date on the property Liberty geologists believe this should prove a very significant potential Gold Deposit in the Putu CVI Region. Liberia Exploration ProgramsGolden Ventures Inc The preferred type of multi-purpose drill rig (combination RC and diamond core) that Liberty intends to contract for drilling the CVI Project

  34. Liberia Exploration Programs Golden Ventures Inc Putu CVI Project Projected Budget to Drill Initial 8,000 Meters on Toto Range Accommodation, Transport, Communication $100,000 Road Completion $100,000 Geologists and Local Crews $110,000 Additional Geophysics (Sagax) $30,000 Additional Geochemical, Trenching, Surveying $20,000 Drill Contractor (Mob/Demob, Fuel, Meters) $1,250,000 Analytical / Lab $150,000 Community Relations / Compensation $25,000 Licenses, Land Rental Fees $40,000 NI 43-101 Report $20,000 Contingency 10% 185,000 TOTAL BUDGET $2.030,000 Projected Time Line to Complete Time Line after Drills on site (~80 holes @ 125 meters) 80 days Sample Results from Lab 30 days Resource Calculation & Release 30 days Potential NI 43-101 Report 30 days TOTAL TIME (less if two drills double shift) approximately 6 Months

  35. Summary of Liberia Gold Projectsextracted from Liberty Corporate Profile prepared by“IBK Capital Corporation”Toronto Ontario Liberia is surrounded by a horseshoe of countries with some of the richest gold bearing mines in the world Liberia has two of the richest gold bearing rock types in the world (Birimian and Archaean) Liberia holds great mineralogical potential which has never been systematically explored Liberty is the largest holder of mineral exploration territory in Liberia with 18 gold exploration projects underway and high potential for the discovery of significant and/or world class gold deposits. Liberia Exploration ProgramsLiberty International Mineral Corporation - Liberia Liberia Gold Potential In Conclusion:

  36. Liberia Exploration ProgramsLiberty International Mineral Corporation - Liberia Additional Liberia Projects Snapshot of Targets for Future More Advanced Exploration or JVs Other highly prospective Liberty projects include: The KPO Mountain Project: (1,000 km2) Six significant gold anomalies (projects) have been identified to date with grab samples assaying up to 2.575 oz/t gold and one quartz veinlet sample showing visible gold assayed at 475.3 oz/t gold The Grand Kru Project: ( km2) A transported quartz sample from creek entering the main mining site and two ‘Refuse’ grab sample assays of quartz from a hard rock target pit being mined by local artisanals include 8.7 oz/ton, 3.8 oz/ton and 8.1 oz/ton gold TheKuobahn Mountain Project: ( km2) In view of the historic and current artisanal mining activities, the local geology and assay results over a 20 km long strike provide strong indication that economical gold mineralization may exist within the project area The Bomi Alasala Mandingo Hill Project: ( km2) A short exploratory drill program (under 1,000 meters), without additional guidance of geophysics, resulted in hitting mineralization in all 11 short holes (up to 0.7m @ 58.3 g/t Au) but possibly missed the main target. Liberty intends to resume drilling after more advanced exploration is completed. Gibi Mountain and Nimba NE Projects: ( km2) * See Liberty main ‘Power Point’ for more details on these and other highly prospective projects

  38. Nelson BC Chamber of Mines(Extract from Government Website) Canada Exploration ProgramsKootenays BC “Mining built The Kootenay-Boundary Region of BC. Over 40 Billion dollars of metal has come from the region and not only built towns but also great companies such as Cominco and Placer. The Region has a mild temperate climate, great infrastructure (including Teck Cominco’s world-leading zinc-lead smelter), and great geology. The Region is well-developed with a strong highway and forest road network, rail lines, hydro-electric power generation capacity, and a highly skilled workforce. The potential exists to produce another 40 Billion dollars in metals…” “Bob Thompson of the Geological Survey of Canada said, “The South has the infrastructure, your exploration dollar goes ten times further, you can mine much lower grade and much lower tonnage because the infrastructure is here. The most economically viable piece of country in Western Canada is adjacent to the 49th parallel. This is an area of high economic potential and it hasn’t had any money spent on it for a long time. There has not been nearly enough activity and maybe it is time to generate something new here.” “Still true today!”
