WEQ EC Scoping Task Force on Coordination of Service Across Multiple Transmission Systems • Task Force started work March 22 • Meetings documented on WEQ EC website • Reviewed FERC ordering language & filed comments • Developed list of issues (parking lot document) • Customer subteam lead by Roy True and Provider subteam led by J.T. Wood separately met • Entire Task Force now considering comments from the Customer and Provider subteams • Future meetings schedule for June 1, 14 and 15 • Anticipated deliverable: Draft Scope Statement to EC in mid-June

WEQ EC Scoping Task Force on Coordination of Service Across Multiple Transmission Systems Key scope elements (tentative): • Limit scope to Monthly and Yearly Firm PTP + Firm Network Service • No coordination of confirmed requests after initial coordination is completed • Must not require customers to purchase Firm PTP if unable to reserve full requested path • Customers must not lose queue position on any request while coordination is underway
