  3. Changes Since -01 • Litmus Test for DWIM vs. DWIS • If request is sent to network that doesn’t understand ‘service id’, does: • It fail or fallback appropriately • The wrong thing happen • Discussion on delayed offer – don’t do that – fundamentally incompatible with media based service ID
