  2. Definitions • SRP = Suggested Retail Price • PCP = Preferred Customer Price (10% off SRP) • WHL = Wholesale Price (20% off SRP) • ASP = Autoship Price (30% off SRP) • QV = Qualifying Volume • CV = Commission Volume

  3. QV and CV • QV is the value that allows RBC to be an International Company • The same product in every country will have the same QV and QV will be used to determine qualification for various commissions and bonuses • CV is the value that all commissions and bonuses are paid on

ClearStart • Retail Sales and Preferred Customers • Profit on difference between selling price and your price – could be as much as 30% • 20% Direct Commissions • 40% of CV goes into the ClearPay Leg • Personal Volume • 20% Direct Commissions on purchasesover 150 CV excluding pack purchases • 40% of CV over 150 CV goes into the ClearPay Leg excluding pack purchases
