  4. Scope • The end-user must have Broadband, ISDN or more than one PSTN line to be able to be on-line and also have an un-engaged telephone line over which to make or receive a call which will consequently not divert to a voice mail box. • Customers will need to comply with Article 8 of Directive (2002/58/EC) on privacy and electronic communications. The “caller display number”, unless withheld by the customer on behalf of the user, will be that of the A-leg for both the A- & B- legs of the call.

  5. Scope (2) • Indirect Access is not permitted on the A-leg but is permitted on the B-leg. There are further restrictions on both the A-leg and B-leg numbers . • Carrier Pre-Selection is not supported. • For the B-leg normal interconnect rules apply.

  6. Price • There is a one-off £2,000 connection fee. A 0.7p (exc.VAT) per click charge will be levied for PECN providers. A successfully connected A-leg will invoke a charge for the click/call attempt, regardless of whether or not the B leg is answered. For the duration of the call, normal contracted call rates will apply. • Charges for this Service is set out in the BT Price List [Ref 3 and Ref 4]
