  2. Vznik a vývoj firmy Firma KDS s.r.o. bola založená v roku 1994. V súčasnosti sú v mene firmy oprávnení konať dvaja konatelia. Od svojho vzniku prešla spoločnosť mnohými zmenami : • odkúpenie prenajatých priestorov, kúpa nových priľahlých pozemkov • rozsiahle rekonštrukcie • rozširovanie strojového parku, zvyšovanie pracovných miest

  3. Predmet činnosti Hlavnou náplňou činnosti firmy KDS s.r.o. je: • kovoobrábanie na číslicovo riadených strojoch • mechanické úpravy na zákazku alebo na zmluvnom základe produkty

  9. Robíme všetko pre kvalitu • Snahou spoločnosti je približovať sa svojím postojom potrebám zákazníka tak, aby v maximálnej možnej miere spĺňala jeho predstavy. To je predpoklad úspešnej spolupráce s našimi obchodnými partnermi. • Firma KDS s.r.o. kladie dôraz na zabezpečovanie a stále zlepšovanie kvality, a tak sa v roku 2000 certifikovala a získala certifikát ISO 9001 : 2008. • Audity si vykonávajú vo firme aj samotní zákazníci, aby sa presvedčili, či firma spĺňa ich požiadavky na zabezpečenie kvality a termínov.

  13. Entstehung und Entwicklung der Firma Firma KDS GmbHwurde im Jahre 1994gegründet. In der Gegenwart sind zwei Geschäftsführerin dem Namen der Firma zuständig zu handeln. Seit der Gründung wurde diese Gesellschaft durch viele Veränderungen geprägt: • Abkauf von vermieteten Räumen, Kauf von neuen anliegenden Parzellen • umfangreiche Rekonstruktionen • Erweiterung des Maschinenparks, Erhöhung von Arbeitsstellen

  14. Gegenstand der Tätigkeit Die Hauptbeschäftigung der Firma KDS GmbH ist: • Metallbearbeitung auf numerisch gesteuerten Maschinen (CNC) • mechanische Behandlungauf Bestellung oder auf derBestellungsbasis Produkte

Wir machen alles für die Qualität • Die Gesellschaft bemüht sich den Kunden mit der Einstellung von Bedürfnissen näher zu kommen, so dass sie möglichst hoch die Vorstellungen den Kunden erfüllt.   24. Establish and development of the company The company KDS Ltd. was established in 1994. 2 agenses are competent to make decisions there. From the beginning the company went through the many changes : • repurchase rented areas, purchase new land • extensive reconstruction • expansion of machinery, increasing of workstation

  25. Object of activity The main activity of the company KDS Ltd. is: • machining on numerical controlled machine • mechanical adjustments for order or according to the contract products
