  2. Nobody has seen God; God is invisible/unseen • Ex 33:20 Job 9:11 Job 23:8 John 1:18 • John 5:37 Kol 1:15 1 Tim 1:17 1 Tim 6:16 • 1 John 4:20 • Also in Ex 20 one of the 10 commandments are not to make any image of God (because God can not be caught up in a human made image)

  3. Humans do not know the will of God • Gen 3 - Mankind's choice to follow their own will rather than God's will. • Rom 5:19 and 1 Kor 15:16 - 23 says we inherited this broken will and choice to do what is wrong from Adam & kie. • Rom 7 :15 - I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do! • Rom 3:23 says - there is no difference - for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God

  4. Ask God what His will is • In Matt. 6:33 Jesus says .... Seek first the kingdom of God...(Kingdom of God stands for everything that God will for us ext.) • Matt 7: 7 - 11 Jesus says - we must ask and we will find.... • James 1:5 - Ask wisdom and God gives generously to all...

  5. Seek His will in the Bible • Bible: 1 Tim 3: 16 All Scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, • Ps 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path • Ps 94:18-19 When I said...My foot is slipping, your love , O Lord supported me • Isaiah30:20, John 14:1 Let not your hart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

  6. In the body of the Church • 1 Kor 12 - We seek and find the will of God in the Body of Christ as a whole.

  7. Holy Spirit • John14:16 -18 Jesus says when He goes the Holy Spirit will come to us • John 14:21 The person who has My commands and keeps them is the one who loves me and whoever loves Me will be loved by My Father and I will love him and will show (reveal, manifest) Myself to him. • Matt 11:28 - Jesus comforts us • Hebr 13:5 - God will never leave us and never forsake us.
