  3. WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES?

  4. LEADERS WITH A SOLIDSPIRITUAL FORMATION CHRISTIAN LEADERS MUST HAVE A SOLID SPIRITUAL FORMATION IF THEIR LEADERSHIP WILL BECOME EEFECTIVE AND CHRIST-LIKE. Philippians 3:7-14

  5. LEADERS WITH AKINGDOM MINDSET CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP MUST HAVE A MINDSET THAT IS INFORMED, FOCUSED, AND DETERMINED TO PURSUE THE KINGDOM OF GOD. MATTHEW 6:33

  6. LEADERS WITH A HEART FOR DISCIPLESHIP CHRISTIAN LEADERS MUST BE DEDICATED TO MAKING DISCIPLES IN FULFILLMENT OF THE GREAT COMMISSION. MATTHEW 28:18-20

  7. LEADERS WITH AGOSPEL CENTERED MESSAGE CHRISTIAN LEADERS MUST KEEP THEIR PREACHING AND TEACHING ROOTED IN THE GOSPEL OF JESUS’ DEATH AND RESURRECTION. 1 CORINTHIANS 1:17-18

  8. LEADERS COMMITTED TO LIVING A HOLY LIFE CHRISTIAN LEADERS MUST LEAD OUT OF A LIFE CONTINUALLY BEING SANCTIFIED INTO THE IMAGE OF CHRIST FOR HIS GLORY. 2 CORINTHIANS 7:1

  9. LEADERS ON A MISSION CHRISTIAN LEADERS MUST SEE THEMSELVES AS ON A MISSION OF GREAT IMPORTANCE WHICH REQUIRES COMPLETE LOYALTY AND SACRIFICE. MARK 10:45

  10. WHAT KIND OF LEADER AM I? EVERY CHRISTIAN LEADER HAS A DECISION TO MAKE EACH DAY WHEN WE WAKE IN LIEU OF THE CALLING AND GRACE OF GOD THAT HAS BEEN GRANTED TO US. PSALM 25:4-5
