  16. Questions: Roles and Responsibilities What will be turnaround for project review? Must the tutor be certified? Can we use retired community members, college students, or student teachers? When will training occur? (Important issue) How much support may a tutor provide? How will we fund this? Must tutors be in the room when students are working?
