  1. The Recover Clinic is a state-of-the-art physiotherapy, ergonomics, pain and neuro- muscular therapy Clinic, founded in Defence Colony near Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi in 2015. The Recover Corporate and Wellness Services is a subsidiary of The Recover Clinic. The Centre is managed by two certified physiotherapists in South Delhi, with over a decade of experience and equipped with a degree in physiotherapy and certification in ergonomics, chronic pain management, dry needling, manual therapy etc. Our Services PHYSICAL THERAPY Physical therapy is typically indicated following an orthopedic surgery such as operations on the hip, knee, shoulder, wrist, hand, neck, foot, ankle, and spine to facilitate a speedy recovery. Physical therapy can start anywhere from a few hours to a few days after surgery and in some cases there may be a period of immobilization following surgery. MANUAL THERAPY Manual therapy techniques are skilled hand movements and skilled passive movements of joints and soft tissue and are intended to improve tissue extensibility; increase range of motion; induce relaxation; mobilize or manipulate soft tissue and joints; modulate pain; and reduce soft tissue swelling, inflammation, or restriction.
