  3. Harmony Look for areas of agreement Finding little to gain from conflicts - Try to find common ground when two parties disagree

  4. Harmony The more I grow as a leader the more I think this is true about me. I think it is a waste of time to fight or not get along. It is okay to have differences of opinions as long as they are not forced upon one another, that hurts production. This strength fits with consistency in that we treat others with the same dignity and they will in turn be harmonious.

  5. Consistency - Balance is important Keenly aware to treat people the same. A believe that people perform best in a consistent environment.

  6. Consistency To be consistent is essential in the leadership world of coaching. Again I believe the more experienced I get as a leader the more I believe consistency is an important asset as a leader. Being consistent tells players where they need to be so they can relax to perform the task at hand. It connects with harmony as if people believe they are getting treated equally, they tend to be happier.

  7. Restorative Wish to solve problems Enjoy analyzing what is wrong and finding the solution. Enjoy bringing things back to life.

  8. Restorative I have always been one to try to get an answer to a question. I person who wants to get things back on track will stay focused as a leader. This will in turn help the organization keep on track. It connects with the Learner as both are trying to either gain knowledge or answer a question.

  9. Context Look back to understand the present. Looking back gives confidence. Become wiser about the future because you saw the plans made In the past.

  10. Context Looking at past to make use wiser about making decisions is important for any person so that they can improve. This is extremely important to a leaser as if the leader doesn’t know what has happened before we may repeat a unsuccessful practice and waist or time. Context, restorative and learner are all pretty similar in leadership as they all try to find out information from the past to make positive decisions.

  11. Learner Love to learn. The process is more exciting than the actual subject. The outcome of the material is less important than the journey.

  12. Learner If a person is not a learner they simply can not grow. All leaders need to possess this trait, whether they like it or not. I believe that this trait connects very closely with all the of the other traits,
