  2. Consumer Information What is a Consumer? A person or business that buys or uses goods and services What are the 3 Organizations? Product- Testing Organizations, Print Publishers, Broadcast Organizations. What are the 4 kinds of info. that you can receive from businesses? Advertising, Product Labels, Customer Service Departments and Better Business Bureaus.

  3. Consumer Decisions What are the different buying skills? Compare unit prices, compare quality, compare services and compare sales. What Should you look at when making a buying decision? Business reputation, brand names, types of retailers, and decision timing.

  4. Consumer Rights and Responsibilities What are your consumer rights??? THE CONSUMER BILL OF RIGHT: right to be informed, right to safety, right to choose, right to be heard, right to a remedy, right to consumer education, right to service. Name the consumer responsibilities? Consumer honesty, consumer reasonableness, consumer reporting, consumer knowledge and consumer involvement.
