MCAS Presentations • Create a PPT and save it as your "last name and June 2010."  For example "Capodagli June 2010“ • Go online and open the test we are working on...http://www.doe.mass.edu/mcas/2010/release/ghsbio.pdf • Cut and paste your first assigned question into the PPT.   • *If there is an image hit the "Prt Scr" button on your keyboard.   • Go to the PPT and hit "Ctrl+v." • Then crop the image. • Keep your question (and image) on one slide. • Move the multiple choice options to the next slide.  Type your responses to each in a different color with bold and italics. • Repeat for the 2nd (or 3rd) question you're assigned.
