About KR Thai Restaurant • Trade hour : 7 days a week ( 10am-10pm) • Location: Toorak • Products : Thai food • We will achieve this vision by offering excellent quality product service , good presentation of food, fresh product and outstanding customer service. So we will look after customers like our family, keep customer happily, enjoy the food, enjoy with the location and we need customer relaxing when they are in the restaurant

  4. Products • Food : Traditional original Thai food. : Entrée , Main Meal and Desert. • Drink - Coffee, Tea, Wine, Beer and many kind of drink in the restaurant • Take away : We can delivery food to home.

  5. Advertising of Restaurant • Website; Many customers using an internet for searching the restaurant. • Brochure and local newspaper ; Many customers using newspaper for finding the restaurant. • Radio ; Many customer listening radio and easy to remember.

  6. Business objectives • We have good service and quality of food. • Every product is fresh • Quality of chef and staff • Traditional original Thai food

  7. Order policies • Customer can make to order everyday from 10 am.-10pm. by phone, email, fax • Customer can walk in to order.

Policies • We will follow OH&S policies. • We use only fresh ingredients from varieties of suppliers. • We will deliver product 6 days a week. • We will create or do a special product every month to present to our customer. • If the products doesn’t reach the standard, we are willing to change all products.

  9. Feedback • We do a feedback from the customer. • We will go to talk face to face with the customer . • We will go to talk with staff for feedback from the customer. • We will do improve our products and service always.
