Signup for Updates – Opt in feature for enewsletter (constant contact) Contact Us – link to info@ Community Champion Login – link to Intranet (see next slide) Needs Assessment – one for residents; one for business The needs assessment will match a problem statement to the appropriate list of incentives and rebates that would help solve the issue. For example, a business may select from a laundry list of problem statements such as “I want to lower by electric bill in a building that I own”. If selected, that would take the visitor to a page that lists the name of the incentive/rebate that would solve this issue, a brief description and the contact information for the subject matter expert. The Steering Committee will be involved in the development of this tool. Evergreen Zip code Map – a visual map of the area that a visitor can click to determine the upcoming events within the zip code and the champion contact information What’s New – Energy Tips – this is a section that can be updated frequently with tips for the visitors Homepage Elements: Phase 1

  3. Phase 2 Homepage Elements will include: • Video - :30 - :45 second “commercial” – FCM to develop storyboard for Steering Committee review/input • Social Media Integration – FCM to discuss with Steering Committee Homepage Elements: Phase 2

  4. Community Champions and partners will receive one universal log-in for entrance into the Intranet. The Intranet will house documents such as brochures, meeting minutes, etc, and another feature that allows champions and partners to communicate (workspace or chat feature).
