Built in Controls • Materials and Cement releases: • Material Release Order with a unique number • Cement Release Order with a unique number • Disbursement of payment: • Payment Release Order with a unique number generated by the system is a must • If account is in a Core Banking enabled branch then the payment is released by the central office through online directly into the beneficiary account. • Otherwise Funds Transfer Request with a unique number together with Payment advise and cheque is sent to the Bank
