  1. Routine Protein Fix We bet you have never heard of protein cookies/protein cakes/protein popsicles? Well, yes! They do exist. If you are worried about how you are going to fuel up on your daily protein intake or how you are going to make the monotonous drill interesting, worry not! This article has you covered. Firstly, let’s talk about why protein/ a protein rich diet is so important for one's well- being. Protein is an important part of a healthy diet. Proteins are made up of chemical 'building blocks' called amino acids. Your body uses amino acids to build and repair muscles and bones and to make hormones and enzymes. They can also be used as an energy source. Having said that, for those aiming to be fit, a diet rich in proteins and low in carbs is well-advised and recommended. Now, let’s talk about the many ways in which we can make our protein intake interesting and appeasing to our taste buds. Read up below: 1.Protein cookies Yes, they exist and they are real! Made with a simple recipe and in many flavours, this i.e. protein cookies are a healthy fix that you truly look forward to. They can be made in different shapes,sizes and flavours. 2. Low carb protein bars Low-carb protein bars are not just a quick fix for your stomach but are an on-the-go snack that’s healthy and crucial for your body. Protein bars come in various shapes and sizes. There are many running flavours like chocolate protein bars, vanilla protein bars, etc. These bars are full of protein and can be made in a sugar-free form. They can also be low-carb bars. High protein bars are a reliable step towards a fitter life, a fitter you. We all have excuses and reasons but these bars make it possible for one to at least receive their daily dose of protein, nutrition, nourishment and more. They are often combined with other edibles too such as oats, cookies, whey, etc. and more. The best part? They are crunchy! Now, who does not like all things crunchy and yummy? Also another point worth mentioning is the protein bar price which is very affordable. 3. Roasted munchies Roasted munchies like nuts and chips that keep you full and help you keep your weight in check. These munchies could range anywhere between nuts and puddings, as far as they are healthy and cooked in clean oil. They are ideally baked or roasted and not fried unless they are fried in olive oil.

Many even prefer the same as a meal or a snack in between their day. 5. Flax seeds Seeds, especially flax seeds when roasted with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and other dried berries,make for a wholesome and complete snack. They are rich in fibre and have you feeling full at all times. Thus, resulting in helping you curb your cravings. 6. Popcorn Last but not the least, popcorn! Very few are aware of how amazing a snack popcorn is and can be,especially for those looking to lose some weight. It helps in muscle building and gaining strength.
