Because of our knowledge, Rocket Eviction provides “Smarter” eviction services. Unlike law firms, we do not bill by the hour; our services are less expensive. Because evictions are all we do, Rocket Eviction provides “Faster” eviction services. What if the Tenant Does not Comply with the Notice? If the tenant fails to comply with the Notice, we then handle the eviction proceeding, which requires the filing of either a complaint for summary eviction, unlawful detainer or a complaint that seeks restitution of the premises and damages. Landlords generally choose summary evictions because they restore the premises quickly and economically, and the necessity for a mini-trial that seeks money damages is avoided. We refer clients who seek money damages to one of our competent attorneys who will handle these proceedings for a flat fee. Seeking money damages from a tenant who cannot afford to pay his/her rent is generally not a good use of resources.

Fees Our eviction services are based on this simple flat fee schedule: • If the tenant contests the summary eviction complaint, then we must spend additional time examining the issues raised by the tenant and responding. We charge $45.00 per hour for this service, up to a maximum of 3 hours. • Nevada law requires a landlord representative to be present at the lockout.
